Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.
Text.Cab does not store full payment card numbers directly.

Operational communication may occur through:

- masked text messaging
- masked calls
- bots
Supported systems may include Twilio Inc. and Postmark.
4. Fleet Data Sharing
Operational data may be shared with participating fleets only for trip execution.
Shared data may include:
- rider name
- guest name
- pickup location
- drop-off location
- trip timing
5. Fleet Channels
Bookings through Fleet Channels remain governed by Text.Cab privacy rules.
Fleet Channel types may include:
- Fleet Link
- Referral Code
- Custom Domain Redirect
6. Communication Session Timing
Contact access remains limited to active trip communication windows.
Outside those windows, rider information may not be used operationally.
7. Fraud Prevention
We may review:
- suspicious payments
- duplicate accounts
- abnormal booking behavior
- chargeback activity
8. Data Retention
Data may be retained for legal compliance, accounting, fraud review, and dispute handling.
9. User Rights
Users may request:
