Cancellation Policy
Cancellation timing and any applicable fees depend on how close the request is to pickup, whether a driver has already been assigned, and whether service resources were already committed.
Standard cancellation logic
- Early cancellations may be released without penalty.
- Late cancellations may incur a fee if driver time or fleet capacity was already reserved.
- No-show scenarios may be charged when the vehicle arrives and the rider is unavailable.
Operational exceptions
Severe weather, verified safety issues, or dispatch-side service failures may qualify for fee waivers or manual review.
Custom fleet arrangements may apply additional timing requirements where clearly stated before confirmation.
