Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules depend on trip type, timing, assignment stage, waiting time, and no-show status.

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

1. On-Demand Trips

Free cancellation allowed within first 2 minutes after driver assignment.

After that:

  • cancellation fee may apply
  • operator compensation may apply

2. Reservation Trips

Free cancellation allowed until 1 hour before scheduled pickup after assignment.

Within less than 1 hour:

  • cancellation fee may apply

3. Before Assignment

If no driver is assigned, cancellation remains free.

4. Fleet Channel Bookings

Bookings initiated through Fleet Channels remain subject to unified platform cancellation rules.

5. Waiting Time

Late pickup may trigger waiting charges.

Extended delay may allow driver cancellation.

6. No-Show

No-show may result in:

  • cancellation fee
  • waiting charges
  • partial or full trip charge

7. Review Timing

Fare review or cancellation-related requests should be submitted within 72 hours after trip completion or cancellation.

Review may require up to 7 business days.
